sticks and pads won't break my back :p and nope not that pad .. practise pad !!! hahahah so yupp I'm on cloud nine rite now ehheheeheh as u can see. the pic says everything . YAYAYAYA !!! I finally got my drums sticks and add to that a drum practise pad all thanks to lovely mommy and my hard work cleaning the house for a week. ! ahhh well earned indeed. *pats self in the back* super happy rite now I can literally scream and not lose my voice hahaha wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. so it all started when mom got home from work . then for some reason we went to leisure mall and shop for stuff.she knew I was talking bout drumming for quite some time now. so I jumped like 5 feet since there was a music store there and it just so happens to be soooooooooooo effing near .nag bout going there . mom kept saying she owe me something since I cleaned the house for 4 days non-stop and even found lizard eggs !!! yess believe me it was a true story. my bro experimented on the unhatched lizard eggs . it was freaky man. I thought mama lizard was out to get me but thankfully I didn't get bitten by a lizard hahaha that'll be a uber sad story for sure. but hecks where was I??? ohhh yea but the drum sticks . ermmm so yea I told mom bout getting a drum kit is my one and only wish . obviously she deny getting one since a drum kit may cost somewhere between 2000 to 6000 bucks a kit !!! no kidding . now how the hell do I get that much money. urgghhhhhh add to that, the drums are just too loud for my neighbourhood. plus my dogs barking every day and cat meowing next door. isshhh it'll be hectic for sure . but I still didn't lose hope . I was soo keen on getting a drum kit that I've actually for the first time in my live ever done any cleaning what so ever !!! I swear !!!. i'm that desperate okay. even helped mom washed her car for 10 bucks hahaha I know it might not be alot but at least I'm 10 bucks richer than u bahahaha :) so once we were at the mall, nerves was off the chainzzzzzz . wanted to run straight to the music store and play the drums . but first I had to follow mom to the optical and she got a new pair of glasses . even that took about an hour choosing the frame. after that it was show time. uber excited like running to the escalator hahaha it was late so I was furious. I thought the store was closed but thankfully it wasn't phewwwww. ran up stairs the music store and was greeted by a couple of cute guys. they were almost about to close up . since it was already 8 bout that time. urggghhh *points at mom * not me being late. was mom who took such a long time buying her stuff. but hecks nothing can bring me down once I saw guitars and violin sets all over the store. but wheres the drum kits and cymbals ???

according to him,electric drums are much more expensive then acoustic ones. and he recommended me to get an acoustic one since the sound it more real and the vibes are amazing. I totally agreed with him but not mommy hahaha I believed him since my budget wasn't that high . and he even played a solo on the acoustic drums to show me how much differences does an acoustic kit and electric kit has. the result was sky high !!!! changed my mind after that . now I wanted to get an acoustic drum kit hahaha in fact, I want the pink yamaha kit whheheehehe I guess sooner or later mom got in the whole idea of me playing the drums . after a while in the store , she felt more into it .hehehe maybe it was how the cute store guy was flirting with her lmao *puke puke* ermmmm erase that thought yuckkkkk .

then he introduced us to a newly designed kit fitted for those who are aware of space and room for the kits. theres this specially designed compact drum kit which had the bass drum smaller and the other tom toms all compact sized. cadeson compact.the best part was that it sounds just as good as other huge drum kits. the best part was that the tom toms can be turned around and played too. like a two in one kit !!! mom eyes was like OMG THATS THE ONE !!! the price was okay . like 2500 :) it was reasonable yea and mom was like " okay lah, i'll think about it " and it was on offer !!!! limited time only for bout few units. my heart beats outta my chest like omg . I need that kit .

but before we left the store , my promised me that she owe me something right, so there it was sitting right in front of me heheheh I thought she wanted to order that same kit on that day but sadly how can that happen.lol. so we just got a pair of drum sticks and a practise pad. as first all I wanted was drum sticks but soon the guy brought out this drum practise pad which he recommended me to practice on every day even thought I can't get a drum kit yet. he was soooo sweet to tell me that. then he chose the lightest drum sticks since I'm a beginner . he said its the best to start off drumming with .

ermm u do the math . like whaaooooh 95 bucks for that sutff !!!! omg . I can't believe mom bought that for meeehhhh . how freaking awesome is she ehhhh . I HAVE AN UBER EPIC MOM.

so we got home and played with my precious babies ... I never knew drum sticks were that long and heavy. but man I would never spent that much money so thnaks mom for the gifts woot I love her loads .started on stick spinning and twirling . now my hand is starting to get used to actual drum sticks rather than chop sticks lmao :)

ohh yea and the store dude also gave me a flayer in case i was interested in the drum classes. hecks I am soooooooo ready for drum lessons but one huge problem dude. I ain't got no drum kit hahaha. I need to get one first before taking classes so I can practise now dont I ?!?! ahahah but I will consider taking early classes before getting a kit. its like eating cereal without milk everyday but boyyy if thats the only way to get my blood pumping that why not !!!
